This policy sets out the standards expected of all adults interacting with Junior Contributors (aged 13-15) and Youth Contributors (aged 16-17) engaged by Foehammer Studios. It exists to protect the welfare of under-18 contributors and to ensure that the studio provides a safe working environment in all its operations.
This policy is referenced in the studio's contributor agreements.
This policy applies to:
(a) All Founders of Foehammer Studios.
(b) All adult contributors (aged 18+) engaged under the Master Services Agreement, IP Licence, and NDA.
(c) All Youth Contributors (aged 16-17) when interacting with Junior Contributors (aged 13-15).
(d) Any other individual who interacts with a Junior or Youth Contributor in connection with studio operations, including but not limited to applicants during trial periods, guest collaborators, and external service providers with access to studio communication channels.
The Head Founder, Aidan Eric Turner (ReaLadge), is the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) for Foehammer Studios.
